Village by CA

The project concerns the adaptive reuse of Building F, a former spinning mill located on the Euratechnologies site in Lille. It reinforces urban continuity between the Le Blan–Lafont building and the future Innovation Forum, transforming the site into a smart office building primarily dedicated to start-ups and companies in the digital economy.

Extensions added in the 1990s are demolished in order to restore the integrity of the original brick façades. The eastern and western elevations are extended to create a new architectural identity, while unifying the ground plane into a continuous, shared urban surface, open and accessible to all.

The project re-establishes the industrial character of the site while supporting its transformation into a contemporary innovation cluster.
